What is this Pedal Part Called?
What is this Pedal Part Called?
I'd like to replace the "stomper plate" or whatever it is called but i don't know its technical name to search for to find a replacement. I hope i don't have to buy an entire pedal just to use for parting it out.

The part should be the "treadle", if I'm not totally wrong. Sad to see a broken one, especially because I think that the PS-2 is an iconic pedal, and unique sounding. It will be tough finding another original PS-2 treadle, but maybe someone has a broken one from another BOSS compact pedal that can serve as a replacement. I might have something in my bin, but it is from a PH-2 Phaser, plus overseas shipping hasn't become cheaper in the last few years ...

In the spirit of keeping the original treadle, you should be able to fill that drilled out area with JB Weld and keep using that treadle/keep on PS2'n!
Sort of like using Bond-O on an auto body repair.
I'd tape a M3 (or possibly a #4-40 here in the states) thin washer where it needs to be on the outside of the treadle, then use enough JB Weld to pretty much fill the hole from the other/inside. Let it dry for about 2-3 days, then drill through the washer hole so the hinge screw can go back in. File down the JB Weld glob as needed so the treadle slips over the pedal body.
Once that hole is drilled, you may not need the washer anymore, but I might be inclined to keep it there for reinforcement, especially if it's really thin and the hinge screw can still easily thread into the pedal body.
