Isolated pedal power build

Over in this thread I was looking for a Weber transformer:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=930
I decided to go with low-profile PCB mount transformers so I can get the whole thing into "flat" case that will mount under the pedalboard. It will be eight fully isolated outputs each with 200mA continuous capability.
This is the transformer PCB and one of the eight regulator boards.

Build continues.

The Triad transformers have dual 120V primaries, and I laid out the transformer board so that the power supply can be converted from 120V to 240V later (jumpers on the back-side of the board.

Very neat!

Slowly managed to finish it - I didn't really have the spare time, but wanted to get it off the bench
It is 100%, completely noiseless. All pedals engaged and there is no hum in the amp.
It is linear, so there is heat. A couple of small (25mm) fans keep it cool.
The fans take 100mA total, powered by one of the outputs. So there are 7x200mA and 1x100mA outputs.
It does get warm. If using in a hot environment, it would need to be derated to 100mA and 50mA, but it is OK here in Canada. If I was building another one it would be four 300mA outputs, or I'd use bigger transformers and a bigger enclosure.
It took about 20 hours to design and build, so not a "commercial proposition"

Nice! I wonder if some extra IC heat sinks and heat transfer paste could reduce the heat build-up in the chassis.

The regulators are bolted to the chassis. The heat rise from them is OK. It is the little transformers - they run hot.
