RC-500 secrets.......

Greetings.....

Have some very detailed questions about the RC-500. There was a time I called Roland/Boss and got to talk to a person who really knew their stuff..... It appears they have now erected a pretty formidable service wall and there are no more phone numbers. The email I sent has only generated robotic answers which have NOTHING to do with the question I asked.... There's a "Community" which appears anemic at best.....

Are we on our own now with the less than marginal owners manual/parameters? That would be sad, but somehow not surprising.

Anyone still have a phone number they can share?
