Rotary Potentiometers for BOSS repair?

So frustrating fixing my DD-3 (only Hold mode operates), opening it up and jumper-ing the switch contacts brings me the other modes..so..

Where can we buy replacement rotary pots?

I also have a PH-3 in need of one too.

From your post... it seems like the switch in the DD-3 is the thing that is broken, not one of the potentiometers? If so... the only source is Roland themselves. I've bought that exact part in the past from the Roland service guys here in Canada. Not sure how you would go about it where you are, but a call to Roland is the first step.

While you are buying the DD-3 part from Roland, buy the PH-3 part too.

Yes, as much as I feared really. It is the rotary control that selects the different modes. BISS do have an online party’s service here but with limited stock of replacements.
