Those was only produced in a very, very limited number and just for sales departments/distributors for Roland, there where also some more models made this way.
I´ll se if I find a picture of them.

That's the first time I've seen a milestone edition (or whatever you want to call them) BD-2 - I'd seen pictures of the other ones before. Very cool!
