Re: Boss/Fender pedals
I am not surprised that neither Marshall nor Vox were interested. They both already have their own brand of pedals for quite some time. That, plus the fact that Korg now owns Vox certainly does not help.

Re: Boss CE-2
I have a bunch of old Boss pedals that can use new input/output jacks. Some of them require the patch cable to be turned to a certain position in order to get the full signal without making scratchy noise. Some of them are very rusty and perhaps become somewhat conductive because of that. All of tho...

Re: Axe FX III
For a brief period of time, I thought about going for the Axe FX + power amp + 2 speakers combo. Then, I thought, "how am I going to get rid of all the effects and amps?". It would take a long time to clear enough gear to fund the new purchase, so that probably meant that I would have to spend the m...

Re: Boss DC-2w
It is listed on MF for US$229.99, so C$280 is about right. Indeed, it is not cheap, but Fromel's Seraph Deluxe with the Chinese Xvive Audio MN3005 replica chip is listed at US$329. Boss likely priced it based on the value of the used original on the market, as well as the prices of the clones out th...

Re: Which Pedal Would You Like To See "Waza"fied Next?
Although it would be nice to see a HM-2W, Boss have just released a Waza Craft version of both a dirt pedal (metal style) and a modulation pedal. I doubt if the next one would be a dirt pedal. Other than the HM-2W, I would like to see Boss making a PQ-4W. They have just released the DC-2W, so there ...

Re: New BOSS pedals!
Someone on another forum said that you could only press two buttons in the second mode, but I don't know if he is correct. Al https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sih8hdP3KxE At 4:58, the DC-2W has both Mode 1 and Mode 2 buttons pressed, with the S/SDD-320 switch on the "S" side. At 5:28, the DC-2W has ...

Re: New BOSS pedals!
Just had a look at Boss' Japanese site. MT-2W and DC-2W officially announced. The description sounds like it is possible to have more than one button pressed on the DC-2W, probably in the SDD-320 mode .

Re: New BOSS pedals!
The DC-2W has the switch for SDD-320 mode. I hope that means pressing more than one button down is possible.
Nice to see the stereo in and out jacks on the DC-2W.

Re: Fromel Electronics Introduces the Seraph Deluxe Dimensional Chorus
I have the NOS chip version. It cops the four DC-2 settings very well. On top of that, it also has manual controls of rate and depth, as well as toggle switches for through zero flange and vibrato. The feature that I really like on the Seraph Deluxe is stereo in/out. The DC-2 input is mono only. I c...
