Re: New Non-BOSS Pedals

I swapped the six electrolytic capacitors, because I had a few issues with the filter resonance (loud squeals) and the "Singing" mode (volume and range) that always occured after about five minutes. Now the pedal behaves like it should. It sounds awesome, also with clavinet sounds and synth strings ...

Re: New Non-BOSS Pedals

The big and expensive pedal has arrived today! This is the ultra-rare Keio "Synthesizer Traveler" from 1973. Keio Electronic Laboratories was the original name of KORG ( K eio Org an). So it's indeed some kind of KORG pedal again. ;) http://www.pepemusic.de/pics/sbz/keio_synthesizer_traveler_1.jpg I...

Re: New Non-BOSS Pedals

It's not really a KORG pedal to be exact. But it's the most expensive pedal that I have ever bought.

Re: Fromel Electronics Introduces the Seraph Deluxe Dimensional Chorus

The feature that I really like on the Seraph Deluxe is stereo in/out. The DC-2 input is mono only. I can feed stereo delay signal into the Seraph Deluxe to get a lush post-delay sound. Since I got it, my DC-2 has become home-use only. I really don't want to take it out to play anymore. It had been ...

Re: Every Boss Pedal You Have!

Ah, you kept the OD-2? I thought you didn't like it instantly. The "R" model is a lot louder (and my young brothers who recently borrowed some of my pedals love it to pieces).

Re: EHX Triangle Big Muff Pi Reissue

They follow the trend of downsizing units that were originally way too big. I corrected that. ;) I think that some really big and clunky pedals had their legitimation, like the Musitronics pedals or others with a built-in power supply (Electric Mistress). Some EHX pedals had an XXXL sized case and ...
