Oh my giddy aunt! The 202 looks glorious. I've been debating whether or not I should get the RE-2 but I can't really justify it, since I have 3 delays on my board already and I'm going for a digital delay next.
Decisions, decisions...

Re: Availability problems in the UK
I can't imagine the lack of enthusiasm for playing live would affect the supply chain, and, since there are many more bedroom players than gigging musicians, I'd guess there's as much of a market for pedals as before. If anything, according to most news items, people are more inclined to look for pl...

Re: Effects Boss haven't done in compact format
I like the idea of a compact format Slicer and, for that matter, a Bitcrusher. Not keen on Ring Mod in any case, but the Mooer Radar style thing sounds useful. I guess it's possible to cram so many things into the compact format now, given the rise of SMT and miniaturization in general. Hey, they co...

Effects Boss haven't done in compact format
I can't think of a single example of a Uni Vibe type in the compact series. They covered many bases but this, IMO, is a serious omission. I guess you could say Leslie sim, too. I know many effects are covered in their other boxes, but it seems strange they never bothered with either of these in thei...

Re: Availability problems in the UK
Always a possibility but I wouldn't have thought it would affect stuff from the Far East so much. The main supply problems with Brexit have been food and other perishables from the EU. Still, backlogs cause delays right down the line so it's probably a contributory factor if not the main one.

Re: Availability problems in the UK
Looking at the Anderton's site again today, it seems there are a lot of shortages at the moment, right across the board (no pun intended). Almost every manufacturer's pedals are out of stock/preorder at the moment. Even Boss mainstays like the BD-2 and DS-1 are unobtainable.

Re: New BOSS pedals!
Nice find. The BF-2 is still my go to flanger tone. Back in the day, I had another guitarist ask me if I'd had mine modded because it sounded more like a chorus. The guy didn't believe me when I told him that's what they sound like out of the box. The one I have now is my second, because I had to se...

Re: Nobels ODR-1 Natural Overdrive
The ODR-1 is a firm favourite of many people, even That Pedal Show gave it their seal of approval recently.
I'm not looking for another drive box but if I was, that would be the one.

Re: Let's see those pedalboards!
Here's mine. I also use a Dunlop GCB-95 wah and a Whammy DT, which are off the board and go into the TU-3. Top row, except the Rubberneck, go in front of the amp, all the others go in the effects loop. Wanting to replace the phaser with a Boo PH-1r clone, add a digi delay, reverb and compressor. Ped...
