BossAreaForum

Beautiful.

It's like a Boss MS-3 without the effect switcher. It makes it a GX-1 without the footswitches and volume/expression pedal.

Useless if you ask me.

That's a nice board man.

Unpopular opinion: If we want to make the forum lively again, Boss needs to come up with good products that we get excited for twice a year. It's been a while.

I wonder how many "How about 200$ shipped overseas?!" offers he got.

GX-1B is also growing. The portability is what's appealing to me. I'll see if I can get to try one first to see if it is as flimsy at it looks. It is loaded with features, they just seem to be hard to tweak (but so is my beloved MS-3 so...).

I used to use the RC-3 for a set closer knowing that it turns to noise after the 4th overdub and wed end the song just as the loop becomes indiscernable

Yeah, I do notice that with the RC-3 as well. Was always curious about the RC-5 and if it would be better.

That is a significant drop.

What a salvage job! Great!

I own one. I like it. I use it daily. It's compact, it's got some cool features and being able to loop your favorite effects in the chain is nice.

I use it with an expression pedal on my bass board to have a wah for fun and a whammy for Tool songs lol.
