Re: Synthesizer
Interesting piece of kit, Pepe. Not something I'd heard of, although I know very little about guitar synthesizers tbh so that's probably not too surprising. A cursory glance at the front panel suggests you can set different sounds per string? Can you use it to change tunings by shifting the pitch of...

Sounds intriguing, Pepe!
Like Laurie, I check in several times a day to see if there's anything new to read but have not had much to post about

Re: 32FZ pedals... formerly the Fuzz Architect
I'd definitely prefer to have the on/off switch in a battery only pedal (e.g. 32TB2, Fuzz Architect, GHF). Much easier to stop the battery draining without having to unplug the input cable.

Re: 32FZ pedals... formerly the Fuzz Architect
:( I don't usually leave batteries in any of my pedals, and always remove the ones that come with new Boss pedals straight away, but I've got a few fuzz pedals, the Fuzz Architect being one, that don't take a 9V power supply input so those pedals do tend to have batteries in. I've taken the battery ...

Re: 32FZ pedals... formerly the Fuzz Architect
Happened to open up my Fuzz Architect this afternoon and I have number A.7 (I'm sure I read the odd numbered ones had the best tone... ) It's still got the original Panasonic battery in it (the same black/blue one as in Pepe's pedal). The battery is a couple of years past its use by date now. ...

Re: Cover for Katana Artist Gen 3 Combo
Not sure where you're located Greg_Midi but you can buy them directly from Roland in the UK: LINK The shop link only mentions that the cover is "compatible with the Katana-Artist and Katana-Artist MkII models" but the product description on the Boss website says it fits "Katana Artist Gen 3, Katana-...

Re: GX-10 MIDI to Katana Artist Gen3
All of the MIDI capable Boss pedals I have (e.g. RE-202, DM-101, MD-200 etc) use the 3.5mm TRS connectors. They sell a cable that allows you to connect them to devices with 5 pin MIDI connections. There's a support article on Boss's website that suggests you need to connect the GX-10 to a computer t...
