Re: Bossarea Forum Archive

I will send it to you. The benefit of having it on your hard disk (over 1.2 GB unzipped) is that you can do an online search with any keywords. For example "Slow Gear" in quotation marks lists up all the threads and pictures with exactly this word combination. Nearly 20 years ago... wow. Even 21 yea...

Re: New Non-BOSS Pedals

The one corporation was originally called Arai, founded in 1956 by Shiro Arai. Due to increasing exports, it was renamed "Aria" in 1958. The other corporation began as Prince Tsushinkogyo Co. Ltd. in 1950. It was renamed to "Arion" in 1980. Arion is the name of a famous poet and musician in ancient ...

Re: Does anyone know of a UK based repairer who can fix a BF-2?

Several years ago, Laurie documented how to clean the switch of a BOSS compact pedal. I used these instructions six years ago to clean the unreliable switch of a BOSS TW-1 T Wah. I managed to do it with the switch soldered to the wires. It is quite easy. Here is the thread - I just made it a sticky ...

Re: New (broken) pedal day!

I moved your postings into this thread. Could you perhaps supply pictures of the circuit board, bigtone23? With some luck it's just a burnt diode.
